Food & Wine Pairing. Dick is an American Wine Society Judge, an Amateur Winemaker, 30 AWS awards.
Food & Wine Pairing. Eleanor is AWS certified wine judge since 2008. Made wine from grapes to bottle several times, to enhance my understanding of the results of the wine-making process. Won two silvers and a bronze from my four efforts. When asked what is my favorite wine, my reply is: “what am I eating?” Wine and food pairing is most important to me.
Web Reviewer – Debbie’s adventures with AWS began in 2016 in Central Massachusetts. The monthly chapter meetings enhance her novice enjoyment of wine. Debbie has attended all NTP and conferences offered since her enrollment. Inspired to expand in the area Debbie founded the Princeton Uncorked Chapter in 2018. She has led chapter meetings including NTP with enthusiasm. Previously, when asked what her favorite wine was, Debbie would reply “dry red”. Now, if asked, she might reply, “it depends on my mood”. Cheers.
